1. General

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between Workizon Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16628558) ("Urbaneta", "we", "us") and any individual or legal entity ("User", "you") who registers for or uses the Urbaneta platform (urbaneta.com and related subdomains).

By registering or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

Urbaneta is a global property management software platform that provides:

• Utility invoice generation and management
• Meter reading submission and processing
• Parking permit management with QR verification
• Document library and management
• Maintenance request tracking
• Communication tools between managers and residents
• Accounting integrations (SimplBooks, iSAF XML) and bank statement imports
• Notification integrations (Slack, Telegram)

3. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at s•••••••@urbaneta.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or are used for unlawful purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Conduct unlawful activities or infringe third-party rights
• Distribute misleading, harmful or inappropriate content
• Attempt unauthorised access to Platform systems
• Use automated tools without our prior written consent
• Reverse engineer, copy or redistribute any part of the Platform

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Urbaneta offers a free trial period and paid subscription plans. Prices are listed on the Platform website and may vary by region. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Refunds are not provided for already-paid subscription periods unless required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, design, logos and software are protected intellectual property of Workizon Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms. Copying, modification or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Urbaneta platform is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption or errors. Workizon Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes by email or Platform notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law.
